Booking is quick and easy! Simply book your class directly through this website or by using the booking link provided. Payments can be made securely via Apple Pay, Zapper, or EFT.
We generally recommend starting with our Barre Basics class, as it provides a great introduction to the fundamentals of barre. That said, all of our classes are suitable for all fitness levels and can be modified to accommodate beginners through to more experienced clients.
Not at all. No previous barre or fitness experience is required. You don't need any level of fitness to get started. Our classes are designed to meet you where you are, and we encourage you to work at your own pace while building strength and confidence over time.
No. All equipment is provided at both our Umhlanga and Ballito studios, so all you need to do is arrive and enjoy your class.
Wear any comfortable workout clothing that allows you to move freely. Classes are done barefoot, so no shoes are required. Please bring a large towel to cover your mat and a water bottle to stay hydrated. If you prefer to use your own ankle weights for hygiene purposes, you're welcome to bring them along, although all equipment is provided at the studio.
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before class starts. This gives you enough time to settle in, set up your mat, and ease into the studio before we get moving.
Barre KZN is a women only studio. Our classes are designed to create a comfortable, supportive environment where women of all ages and fitness levels can focus on themselves, move their bodies, and feel their best.
